Caccese: A Farm that grows Pasta

The customer

The Caccese farm is immersed in an uncontaminated hill in the province of Avellino, an area renowned for the
production of high quality durum wheat with a high protein value, grown following old traditions.
At the beginning, Caccese provided wheat to the Mills, but the recognized quality of his wheat, led them to
produce pasta on their own, thus investing in a suitable machine to enhance their wheat. This investment
proved to be a success, and Caccese began to produce a pasta with excellent qualities, keeping the
original organoleptic qualities unchanged.

What did Caccese Company need and which goals did they want to achieve?

Caccese wanted an efficient machine,  for the production of a unique, high quality pasta; for this reason, they decided to invest in a cutting-edge machine, to enhance the quality of their wheat.

A successfull cooperation, what did we do?

To assist Mr. Antonio Caccese, we decided to meet him from the beginning, to understand his production needs, supporting him with all-round consulency, to help him make the transition from farmer to pasta producer in the best possible way.

Once understood Caccese’s needs and expectations, we decided to present him the Mac 250 Multipla Machine, a line able to produce short-cut and long dry pasta, based on his needs.

This project involved us in every step, from the design to the layout, up to the production of the plant.

The results achieved by Caccese thanks to Italpast

Thanks to the new transformation and pasta-producing plant, result of our cooperation, Caccese is now able to produce authentic, unique and high-quality pasta, appreciated and recognized especially for its unaltered maintenance of the organoleptic qualities of the original grain.
